At Redwood Watches, we stand by the quality of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment in classic, rugged style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned timepiece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
